Host: Kristin Keffeler, MSM & MAPP Principal, Illumination360, PPI Dean of Positive Psychology
Description: In his 2021 Rendezvous keynote address, Dr. James Pawelski invited the PPI community to consider how the science of positive psychology could be used to enhance individual and family flourishing. In an extension of his keynote address, we will take a deeper dive into an emerging field of research he is leading that looks at the well-being benefits of arts and culture. We will explore ways active engagement with music, art, and literature can help us thrive, and how, as advisors, we can use arts and culture as a tool to help families see themselves anew.
