She is an advisor and certified professional coach working with enterprising families, families of wealth, and rising generation family members.

She has specializations in business design, human motivation and behavioral change, family dynamics, family governance, intergenerational collaboration, and the ‘inner work’ of money.  Kristin recently published her research findings on the traits and skills that support a path to thriving for the next generation in ultra-high net worth families, a thesis entitled: Becoming the Rising Generation: Uncovering the Path to Thriving for the Next Generation in Ultra-high Net Worth Families.
